    Gogo Charters, a charter bus company, is expanding daily operations to the Mid-Atlantic with three new routes next year. The service, anchored in Washington, D.C., will have routes extending to Norfolk, Baltimore and Charlotte with planned stops along the way, including Richmond and Charlottesville. The bus will pick up at the Courtyard Norfolk Downtown at 520 Plume St. Fares will start as low as $10. The buses offer plush reclining seats, Wi-Fi and onboard restrooms.
