The Program - Sponsored by DeVry University : A brief overview of the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the major changes over the past year to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA Amendments Act of 2008) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the recently enacted Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA).
